CUCM 9.1 device pack upgrade error

We are using CUCM 9.1, we try to upgrade the device pack, we are getting the below error:

Unable to mount the local file system. This could be caused by a corrupt ISO file. For example, FTPing the ISO file to the remote server in ascii mode would cause this error.

We upgrade the ISO image of the CUCM from 9.1.2.1000 to 9.1.2.14900-14  without any problem, after CUCM upgrade 9.1.2.14900 we try to upgrade device pack, still I am getting the above error.

please let me know why we are getting the above error during device package upgrade alone, kindly advice.

In CUCM I am using source as - DVD/CD, in Vmware mount  the image in dvd source.

As attached print screen

You already have another thread on this, and you should know that to load CD/DVD image... IT HAS TO BE A DVD/CD IMAGE, a COP file, IS NOT a DVD/CD image.
