Hi!
I have problems with a Router RV016, after 5 minutes of turning it on, there are problems with the navigation of web pages and no internet access, please help me!
Turn off the LAN ports 9 to 13 and are only turned on LAN ports 1 to 8 and WAN1 & WAN is ON. The balancing traffic is in automatic mode.
I noticed that there are several users with the same problem with routers of the RV Series.
Thanks in advance.

Hello ogarciac,
Sorry the device is having issues. A few questions. You say after 5 minutes of the router being on, the router is having issues. Before the 5 minutes, does the router have internet access or does the router never have internet access? Do you have the router connected to a modem?
I would factory default the unit and just connect a PC to the LAN port and nothing on the WAN. See if you have any issues accessing the pages after 5 minutes. Hope this helps.

The RV016 is connected to a modem from Company Internet Access.
When you turn it on we have internet in all the laptops and PCs, after a time or by traffic is up we lose connectivity to the internet.
Any computer connected to the LAN has access to Internet, we have 20 laptops and 3 printers, 10 cameras.
Is very important to stabilize the output to the internet.

Today, connect again the RV016 and it works well at the beginning but as soon as users increase the traffic and the problems begin with access to web pages, for example a ping to www.google.com responds, but to access via http doesn't allow me. I had to return to a Router TPLink again. Help please!!!
