Qos tables

I have voice signaling with dscp 34 , If we look at this tables , can you guys tell me is it prioritized ? I don't see 34 in the Cos-dscp map so I guess its not , correct ?

Insufficient (posted) information to tell.  (Older Cisco switches have QoS disabled by default, so don't even know if these tables are "active".)

No, you cannot tell that either.  All the cos-dscp table tells you, a CoS value wouldn't translate to DSCP 34.
