What is the maximum amount of calls for one FXO port?
Does it depend on the amount of DSP, line bandwidth of the port, or both.

FXO ports, like all the other analog interfaces, carry one call per port, so each RJ-11 port on your Cisco ISR router connects to one line from the PSTN and carries a single call at a time. A second call is given a busy tone if it tries to use the same port or line.
It does not depend on the DSP nor bandwidth.

OK
Basicly stay away from FXO and use T1 lines unless there a few users.
So T1 lines can support 12 calls, because they have 24 timeslots and voice takes two for each call?
The book for my class never stated how many FXO, T1 calls can happen at once, but did say FXS is for end devices only, so I assumed FXS is for one device .
