I have upgrade my CUCM recently in my lab. My previous version was 10.5.1 and i have upgrade to 10.5.2. After upgrade none of the IP phone getting registred to my cucm. i have single system setup.Kinldy help me to resolve this issue.

What is the status of the phones? Is this a secure cluster when you upgraded? Have you made any changes in the certificates?

Status was showing "unknown" we have checked all services everything was running perfectly.
The issue was fixed after restarting the cucm servers Can anyone brief what will e the Issue behind this?

In addition to Sreekanth's points , if this is a single node system and none of the phones is registering then check the status of callmanager and tftp services and check the licenses on PLM.
