Bouncing 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 530-'5.7.1 Client was not authenticated

Hi, I have got message from Ironport that email have been bounce by server,

01 Dec 2015 10:37:53 (GMT +07:00) Message 18692 is not signed. No domain key profile matches andie.hazairin@killo.com.
01 Dec 2015 10:37:53 (GMT +07:00) Message 18692 not signed. No DKIM profile matched andie.hazairin@killo.com.

01 Dec 2015 10:37:58 (GMT +07:00) A new message 18695 was generated to handle bounce of message 18692.

at server side i already check Anonymous users from recived connector. but why smtp connection wasn’t authenticated ?

Hello,


Please ensure this connector 172.16.3.114 has anonymous connection allowed.

Also you may need to restart the connector/transport hub.

But i would suggest to reach out to your mail server vendor to double check it.
