I have the same problem, but in my case i have installed Cisco DMS 5.2, after doing some changes on the DMS ( like change the hostname and doing the pairing), i lose acces to GUI but i can acces to AAI mode.
Like described, i tried to do a reset password for the superuser that contains a standard password "Cisco123." but the issue persists and i can not log in :p
