We are using Version 6.2.1.367 

Today I proved that if an operator (as defined by security policies) enables a job, it will not always add the job to the forecasted schedules.  When Super User (as defined by security policies) enables a job, it adds it fine. This is new to  version 6.2.1.367.  I did not have production users reporting this issue in previous version. No changes have been made to security policies. Any idea how to resolve?
