Hello!
Cisco SPA112 stops data transmission TR069, if the connection request from the server, it responds RST.
After applying the settings, or restart, a SPA112 while working normally, then again stops sending data to the server .

According your description, it seems you are able to capture TR069 session between device and server. Can you capture the packets into file and attach them here for analysis ? The capture data should cover all TR069 data from "while working normally" to "again stop sending".
Also, turn on debug&syslog of Voice application, catch them and attach as well.
