Good day, everyone.

Hello Renat,

I would suggest to open a service request and get these files through TAC, the procedure is a bit critical and if done incorrectly or on other codecs could actually break them to an unbootable (and RMA necessary) position which is something we would like to avoid, so having the files posted to the support forums might not be the best way to go.

Depending on the time you open the service request, it will probably land on my team so feel free to send me an e-mail when you do open the service request and i'll expedite the resolution.

Sorry i wasn't able to provide the files but hope I was able to point you on the right direction.

Hi Renat,

were u trying to upgrade the image, then ,you should have opted for upgrade through GUI.

regds,

aman

It isn't booting to GUI, because /flash/image1/ is erased...

If I can... Device is old, not on warranty (it has logo Tandberg on in, not Cisco) and I have no access to TAC, unfortunately. Can you please send me these files on mail?

Did you try using the 'selectsw' command to try to swap the software images - this may be easier if there is a 2nd software image on the device.

Yes, but this device had only one image. Before clearing flash by mistake, I tried selectsw, and in output was only "image1". Now there is no at all images
