I want to connect AP1852 to COntroller 5500.

AP1852 doesn't join controller, so i wanted to update it and set controller ip. I cannot configure AP1852 because it doesn't provide any cli command.

The 5508 is on version 8.1.121.0 or newer?  Post the show version from the AP.

I never used this AP buts still hope its works same as other cisco AP.

So to go in config Mode on Cisco LAP, you must need to enter this command "debug capwap console cli"

As in your earlier post, you told that you have 8.1.131.0 version on WLC then you don't need to upgrade image on AP.

Once AP will try to join, AP will download the image from WLC.

If still fails to join then paste the output of these:

1. sh sysinfo from WLC

2. Complete boot-up process from AP

the problem is that AP doesn't provide any cli command to enter.

this AP doesn't joins WLC in same vlan.

this AP is cloud managed, its meraki AP.

I hoped that there is the option to make this AP managed by WLC after firmware upgrade. I suupose that firmware upgrade can be done by bootload upgrade or another hardware way.

That isn't a Meraki AP?  Did you buy this new or not?  That AP can either be a lightweight AP or has an image that allows it to be a Mobility Express AP.  Power off the AP and hold the mode button down and power the device back on while still holding the mode button.  Hold the mode button for 10 seconds and release. See if that defaults the AP or not. Provide the capture of the AP console while doing this also. Attach that to this thread.

Is this a brand new AP or used?  I saw this because the output doesn't look right. If you purchased this brand new, I would open a TAC case and have then look at it or RMA the device. If this is not new, then you might be stuck with something that doesn't work. 

When you get the prompt, can you issue a show version?

The pictures you sent tells me that it wasn't a brand new AP.  That looks like a beta AP to me since I have a bunch of them. I just want to clarify if they are new or did you purchase them from someone.  You probably need to purchase another AP to make it work on a WLC or as a Mobility Express AP.

I have a few 1852's and the output doesn't look close to what you have.
