FTP proxy not working half of the time

I configured FTP proxy and I configured a Identification Profile for native FTP.

When I test it I have to refresh the ftp website 3 to 4 times before it opens.

I'm using wccp redirection to divert traffic to the WSA.

If I remove the traffic from the WCCP it opens the page every time.

Any suggestion where the problem could be?

As native FTP is using two channels, control channel and data channel. Firstly please ensure both channels' traffic will be redirected in your WCCP settings. Secondly please use a Native FTP client, for example FileZilla to test it.
