How to issue ASA identity certificate with an Enhanced Key Usage attribute of Server Authentication

I try to implement anyconnect vpn with certificate authentication. Refer to certification authentication in Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Administrator Guide, I find this description below:

SSL connections from the AnyConnect client to the secure gateway require server certificates to contain an Enhanced Key Usage attribute of Server Authentication.

I installed windows 2008 server working as certificate server and issuing identity certificate to ASA only with Key Usage. 

How could certificate server issue identity certificate to ASA with Enhance Key Usage attribute?
