Video On Hold Problem

Dear guys,

i have installed mediasense to using Video On Hold,

i have follow step by step the instructions to use Video On Hold,

but the video cannot show when hold the calling.

please help

Did you try to use the sample Video that comes out of the box with MS just to ensure there are no issues with the video file you uploaded to MS. Also the calling endpoint should be video enabled of course.

yes i did..no issue...video can play out MS...

The video needs to be a .mp4 file.  It must meet the following specifications:

  • The file must contain one audio track and one video track
  • The video must be encoded using H.264
  • The audio must be encoded using AAC-LC
  • The audio must be monoaural
  • The entire .mp4 file size must not exceed 2GB.
