7960G SIP to sccp

We have a 7960G that we want to convert to sccp software.

currently the phone has the following:

Application Load ID

P0S3-08-8-00

Boot Load ID

PC030301

Have tried putting sccp firmware in the tftp folder of tftp32, edited the 79XX.txt file with the ID of the sccp software, and changed the tftp address of the phone to the tftp32 address.

When the phone boots TFTP MGCDefault.cfg is displayed, but just boots the phone with the original SIP Software
