RV 082 WAN Issue

I am new on this forum.

Wan 1 - Internet Connection supplied by local provider.  Cable Internet

Wan 2 - Internet Connection supplied by Xplornet . Satellite Internet Connection

Symptoms:

Wan 1 stops passing internet on all PC's only.  We have 3 Interact machines and 1 bank Machine connected directly to the router (set runs) that work fine.  This can occur in 10 minutes or 10 hours or two days.  Mostly it happens within an hour.

Unplug cable modem power and let router fail over to the Satellite System, everything works fine once the router's secondary connection kicks in.

Plug the Cable Modem back in and everything works fine for a while.

Router Setup

Really have not changed any default settings on the router, DHCP assigned mapping for most PC and devices.  We have all ports forwarding TCP and UDP open to video server 10.30.10.125

Troubleshooting:

Changed DNS from local providers (Google) to primary 208.67.220.220 and secondary 208.67.222.222 (OpenDNS.org). NO CHANGE

What's weird is the router works fine on WAN2 and not WAN1.  For fun we replaced the RV082 with a RV042 for a test and it worked fine for a month on the cable modem, so I have to assume it is something with router settings.
