WAP321 not booting after firmeware upgrade

Hi, we have made an upgrade of our WAP321 firmeware today, but after the reboot the device wasn't booting again. Only the Power LED is flashing green (2 seconds, off, 2 seconds....) an if we plug in a lan cable the LAN LED is flashing amber. So far we have tried to reset the WAP but there was no chance so far. How can we reset the WAP.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Cisco support.

My apologies for the inconvenience. Looking at your results, please try to factory reset the access point by pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the device for a total of 30 secs.


If after trying this the unit is still defective, please contact our SBSC phone line at: 1866-606-1866 for further assistance because it looks like it might be a hardware issue.
