Client stuck on DHCP_REQD

Dear Experts,

I have configured Cisco WLC 2504 version 8.1.102 with 6 access points and have 4 SSIDs. All access points are already joined with controller. Only 3 access point are work properly,however 3 access point work not correct. The issue is the client that connect to 3(problem APs) cannot get ip address from DHCP server. All client that connect to 3(problem APs) is stuck on DHCP_REQD. As picture below.

Symptom:
sh client details shows policy manager as DHCP_REQD

Conditions:
wlan is configured to be local auth

Sorry, but this bug has no relation to this topic. As you can see in the screenshot central authentication is being used and not local which is a prerequisite for this bug.

Did you already verified the switch port configuration connected to the three access-points? Check that the MAC address of the client is actually being learned within VLAN 65. If that is the next step is to verify that the DHCP discover of the client reached the DHCP server.
