Hello,

My ExpressWy are actually used for Jabber.
When my Publisher is down, the are no Jabber outside of network.

If I check ExpressWay-C logs, I have this error (every 5 minutes) :
edgeconfigprovisioning: Level="ERROR" Service="UDSManager" Detail="UDS get version request failed" UDS=CUCM-2_IP" Reason="[<twisted.python.failure.Failure <class 'OpenSSL.SSL.Error'>>]" UTCTime="2016-04-11 08:59:40,156"

If I check Unified CM servers configuration, I have :
cucm-1.seconddomain.com    administrator     On     CUCM-1_IP, CUCM-2_IP     Default deployment     View/Edit
cucm-1.firstdomain.com    administrator     On     CUCM-2_IP, CUCM-1_IP     Default deployment

Currently found Unified CM nodes
Publisher address        Name        Protocol    Version    Status
cucm-1.seconddomain.com    CUCM-1_IP    TCP    10.5.2    TCP: Active
cucm-1.seconddomain.com    CUCM-2_IP    TCP    10.5.2    TCP: Active
cucm-1.firstdomain.com    CUCM-1_IP    TCP    10.5.2    TCP: Active
cucm-1.firstdomain.com    CUCM-2_IP    TCP    10.5.2    TCP: Active

No errors but the Subscriber is listed in the Published address (with Publisher name).
I don't knwo why.

In my certificate manager (CUCM), I created a Multi-Server(SAN) certificate :

CUCM-1-ms.pem

Extension: SubjectAltName (OID.2.5.29.17)
Critical: false
  altNames: 9 names
  1) CUCM-1 (dNSName)
  2) cucm-1.seconddomain.com (dNSName)
  3) CUPS-1.firstdomain.com (dNSName)
  4) cups-1.seconddomain.com (dNSName)
  5) cucm-2.seconddomain.com (dNSName)
  6) firstdomain.com (dNSName)
  7) cucm-1.firstdomain.com (dNSName)
  8) seconddomain.com (dNSName)
  9) cucm-2.firstdomain.com (dNSName)

In the Publisher, I can't resolve cucm-2 (utils network host cucm-2).

From Publisher (cucm-1), I can resolve cucm-2.firstdomain.com and from Subscriber I can resolve cucm-1 and cucm-1.firstdomain.com.

But, If I do a DNS lookup from ExpressWay C to cucm-2, it's OK... So... I don't know.

I resolved my problem by adding DNS and domain in cucm-1.
