Daily System Checks

Hello,

does anyone have a document or a link that points to things that should be checked on a daily basis on CUCM, CUC and UCCX? Kinda like a low-level System Health Check and for Call Processing.

1) DB Replication Status using utils dbreplication status or runtimestate

2) RTMT alerts

3) NTP Status using utils NTP status

4) utils diagnoset test

5) Disk Usage using show dbserver diskusage or show status

6) UCCX had a new command introduced starting version 10 i.e., utils uccx database healthcheck. You can also run utils uccx database dbserver integrity

Just to add to Deepak's list:

7) DRF Backup status (errors should be logged by RTMT, if the backup fails - but is it running at all and do you know to where?)

8) VMware level issues - logging in to vSphere console and checkign for hardware alerts at a minimum, or perhaps using monitoring software such as vCenter or (free) Veeam OINE monitoring. This should pick up failing disks etc.
