The thumbnail preview images, is controlled by a global MCU setting under Settings > User Interface.

I assume the connected participants are capable of seeing the video of the other endpoints within the conference, and this is just affecting the web interface or the conference as well?

If you click on a participant to see their details, do you see the thumbnail image on that page?

Is this happening to various endpoints or only specific ones, what manufacture/model are the endpoints?
