Voice VLAN on SG200-26P

I am working with an SG200-26P.  I have the Voice VLAN configured as VLAN 200, and the Data VLAN configured as 101 for workstations.  When I plug in a workstation, everything is fine.  When I plug in a VOIP Phone, the VLAN membership changes to 1 and drops the VLAN 200 from the port that I plugged the phone into.  Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks

Brian

Hello Mr. Edson,

When you enable the voice VLAN the switch will automatically detect if a phone is connected to a port and assign the voice VLAN to that port. In order to avoid such problem I suggest you to disable auto Smartport on the switch and manually assign VLAN  101 as untagged and VLAN 200 as tagged and then connect the phone to the switch and the computer to the phone.

Have a great day!
