Is it possible to configure a Captive Portal, that redirects all the wireless clients to a Data Base updated daily by the client and creates a unique username and password?

This is the scenario:

The client has customers with a ticket number associated, in a data base that changes everyday. They want to give Wireless access only to their customers, so they requested that the customers information creates dynamically a username and password. Is it possible to do it with a Captive Portal that redirects the clients to the Data Base and create a user and password?

On the other hand, how many users can I create locally in a 2504 WLC?
