UC10/UC11 advanced features for end users

Hi all,

I am look for UC10/UC11 advanced features for end users. Currently it is running UC8.6 , including CUCM, CUC, CUPS and UCCX.

I would like to introduce the latest and greatest UC features to the end users.

Any thoughts/doc etc. will be appreciated.

If you want to know what new features are in 10/11, read the RNs for EACH version to find that out.

If you mean the end user page and what they can do, if you google cisco self care portal, you'll find plenty of info, and even videos.
