Jabber installation error 1326

Hi, I am hitting this error installing Jabber for Windows onto a Windows 7 Enterprise PC. I have tried Jabber v11.6 and previous versions but I get the same error so it must be a local PC or permissions issue. Any thoughts on how to work around the issue?

Not sure if you still have this problem but for anyone else that does, I had to log in as the local admin and give permissions for the local "users" group to the C:\Programdata\Application Data directory. Once I did that the install completed successfully.

I can confirm that Ken.Head@chkd.org method worked for me.

I had same the error and after I followed that procedure I was able to install Jabber sucesfully

In this case I would recommend to try LongPathTool
