you can find them here

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Router_Error_Codes#EMSG_RTR_MSG_DIALOG_ABORTED:_MessageID.3D0x01C0_RouterErrorCode.3D448

and for the calls aborting because of max queue time the error code would be 499.

does timing out mean customer disconnecting the call in queue?

if yes, then i guess it will be 13. which is too generic to me, alternatively you can check RouterErrorCode available in Route_Call_Detail and combination of both can help you in identifying the cause.

Hello Chintan,

Thank you for the answer. not it's regarding the call timing out because of the Router registry setting (timeout of 3600).

Now that you have mentioned the router error codes, do you know where i can find them?

Thanks.

Thank you Chintan, that was helpful, i was looking for RouterErrorCode=0 which showed in one of the RCD table entries  with no luck. i thought the list was not complete. Now i know which error code is associated for queue timeout, thanks again!
