SSL Certificate error in ISE 1.3

We bought third party ssl certificate (GeoTrust DV SSL CA - G3)and installed on ISE(ISE-3355-K9) but EAP authentication ,guest and admin are getting the certificate error.it is showing as invalid certificate .

If we check the expire date it showing correctly in the browser but getting error in Firefox "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER"

There was no problem in old certificate that validity going to expire soon.

Hi there. A couple of questions:

1. The certificate is still valid (not expired)?

2. Do you have the Root CA and the Intermediate CAs (If any) certificates imported in the trusted certificate store in ISE?
