Dear Experts,

We have 2 routes for two different domains (TLS & NON-TLS)

Non-tls domains going through 203.101.X.X .

203.101.X.X is responsible to send receive for non tls domains.

Our Domains:                    abc.com                abc.com.pk

Allowed domains:            tcs.com.pk          nadra.gov.pk

Blocked domains:            xyz.com.pk

Exchange server IPs:      10.133.X.X

ESA IP:                            10.133.X.X

Private Listener:              10.133.X.X

Public Listener:                192.168.X.X –NAT-103.247.X.X

MX record:                        mail4.abc.com

TLS Domains : we have almost 60 domains that going through TLS encryption and all other domains going through 203.101.X.X

If we add SMTP ROUTE(203.101.X.X) for non tls domains email is going through fine but our TLS domains stop.

Problem :

NON-TLS domains is going through 203.101.X.X but our TLS domains bounce back.

Please assist on above & scenario is attached with here

THANKS

Fahad

Hi Fahad

Outbound TLS connections are configured using Destination Controls under Mail Policies.

The SMTP routes should not cause an issue with TLS communication directly.

Could you confirm what is the bounce back seen.

Libin
