Problem with SPA 8000

I have a problem transfering incoming calls between lines in the device. The lines are extensions from my IP exchange.

Example:A physical extension (9122) calls the ip extension (9170) and this call needs to be transfered to other ip extension (9172), so in the 9170 i dial flash + 9172, then the person in the 9172 receive the call and talk to 9170, then after 9170 hook the phone and the call terminate.

SPA8000 doesn't transfer calls. It just request transfer from IP exchange.

Either the SPA8000 requested no transfer or such request has been rejected by your IP exchange.

You disclosed neither logs nor captured SIP dialog packets between SPA8000 and IP Exchange, so we have no chance to identify the issue cause.
