Hi all,
I have a doubt why we cannot configure Site to Site VPNs using SSL ,
As per my knowledge SSL using TCP and it is more overhead, and can result in duplicate retransmission's.
But how Remote SSL vpn overcome the overhead issues ?

Cisco only use SSL VPN for user to site VPNs, and IPSec for site to site VPNs.
It is more of a position that Cisco has taken than a technical restriction.
