did you create your profile on cisco's cert tracking portal and chose 'printed (hard copy)' option under 'certification fulfillment'? see attached.

i find that it need to use money to buy

why not already included in the exam fee and free to UPS or DHL to mail at the first time

i remember that last time i passed CCNP R&S, there is no need to buy.

I also did'nt receave my JUNCIS-SEC certificate
