Hi,
I have the CUCM´s users synchronized with LDAP, the manual sync does not send any error, in fact users synchronization is done every time, but I have problem with the password, it is not synchronized, any idea about why password sync is not working????

Passwords are NOT synced, that information never leaves LDAP. You only need to have the LDAP authentication agreement so CUCM can send the LDAP bind to your LDAP server to know if the password is correct, or not.

The manager CN and the search base only you, and the LDAP team, would know if they're the right ones, and the manager has the right permissions.
Are those servers GCs?
They can look at the servers and confirm if they see traffic from CUCM and the bind request.
