Any issues with same vsan on each MDS in a pair?

So Fabric A consists of two switches and you have one VSAN spanning both ..and then you have Fabric B that consists of two switches and you have another VSAN spanning both ?

No 1 pair of 2 switches. MDS1 and MDS2 dual connected hosts and SAN both MDSs have vsan 1

Jim said it all !
Have a look at
https://community.emc.com/thread/181203?start=0&tstart=0
which shows a dual homed server, to 2 isolated MDS !

Hi Steven,
Best practices is to use different VSANs in each fabric and not use VSAN 1.
For instance VSAN 2 for fabric A and VSAN 3 for fabric B.
For one reason, if you accidentally connect the fabrics together, they won't merge because
they are using different VSANs.
Later if the fabrics grow to more than one switch in each fabric and possibly more than one VSAN in each fabric, you use VSAN 1 for the ISLs and trunk the VSANs you want to be trunked between the switches.
Best regards,
Jim
