I have CUC v11 and for one user only I need to customiz greeting message to only "beep tone" instead of "I'm sorry xxx is not available". How can I do that?
I believe the only way to achieve this would be to record a Personal greeting on the mailbox with only a few seconds of silence rather than a "spoken" greeting. When calls route to this voicemail box they should only hear the recorded silence followed by the beep tone.
