Hi Kuldeep,

You need to change the mode manually by using the command :

Go to config mode

Config t

And then enter the command

No firewall transparent

It will erase all the config when you execute that command and after that you need to configure the ASA from scratch.

When you change modes, the security appliance clears the configuration because many commands are not supported for both modes. If you already have a populated configuration, be sure to back up your configuration before changing the mode.
