Bosch Soundtouch not able to connect Cisco wireless

Hi Alex,

We have a setup with Cisco WLC 2504 and couple Cisco 1600 APs. Most of the clients (PC, Android, iPhone/iPad) are able to connect to the wireless. But, not with the Bosch soundtouch system. However, when soundtouch connect to my home wireless without any issue.

Looking forward for your kind assistance on this issue.

As far as I can make you might be talking about Bose soundtouch

requires b/g and looks like it supports wpa/wpa2

Can you give details on the WLAN setup

do a show wlan X from cli

where X = the WLAN id that you are trying to join

Run a debug of the WLC when at the office. I'm suspecting the WLAN at the office has the wrong PSK.
