unexpected clients drop

Hello,

Following issue we have at one of our locations equipped with WLC 2504 (FW: AIR-CT2500-K9-8-0-133-0) & several AIR-CAP3602I-E-K9

During continuous client traffic load like SQL data retrieving, AP drop client. It mean client loose connection to the wireless network until itself do not not reconnect it. With wired connection to the same switch nothing like that do not happens.

Is this only affecting one wireless client or more?

If it is more wireless client, check the uptime of the AP.

up time is close to 100 days.

It is affect only on those user, who generate continuous traffic.
