Solved: SPA122 special tone, if caller hangs up

Hello,

I am new to the SPA122, and have one problem. If a call is active, and the caller hangs up, I don't get a tone like I would expect, it just hangs up, and plays the dial tone again.

I would expect a tone like -tut-tut-tut-tut- which only stops, if I hang up the call also.

I can't find a tone in the regional settings, where I can change this.

Do you have any ideas?

It seems you have CPC configured, but phone doesn't honor such signal.

The SPA122 configuration must match the feature set supported by phone.

Disable CPC (set CPC Duration to zero) and try again.
