i have SFP-10G-SR and i want to use it with switch ws-c3560-24ps and this switch has 2 sfp port 1 giga
could it work or not ?

It will not work. The SFP ports on your switch are 1Gig only. So, you can't use SFP-10G-SR on that switch.
