Hi,

I backed up the startup.config file of an RV082 that would stop responding every few weeks or so. 

I restored the startup.config file on another RV082 and completed the process allowing it to reboot and it will no longer respond.  It is displaying the correct subnet of the backup (192.168.2.x) on an IPScan, however I can no longer ping the device nor can I reach the configuration page.

To make matters worse I have learned that there is no way to view the startup.config file in plain text as with other cisco routers so I cannot even view the port mapping that I had backed up.

Is there a utility or some 3rd party tool to view this file without the RV082?  What language is the RV082 config programmed in?

I suspect somehow the RV082 backup is corrupted somehow.
