Hi,
1. Can we create custom layouts ( specially a small picture of a speaker in the corner of a content presentation screen ) in Cisco TP server on VM ?
2. It is possible to switch between the created and existing layouts manually during a live conference call ?
Thanks, Nick.

Custom layouts aren't supported on TelePresence Server, the only layouts currently available are:
You can switch between layouts using DTMF, keys 2 and 8, or ActiveControl if a Touch 8 or 10 is connected to the endpoint.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for the answer; Is there any way that we can centrally control the conference layouts at the TP server , so that we manipulate the layouts seen by all endpoints at once during a conference call ?
( I am trying to use this feature for a broadcasting type of a meeting where we want to "show " differently layouts controlled centrally to all the joined participants.)
Thanks, Nick.

Virtual TelePresence Server requires conductor, so there is no local conference management on the server itself beyond mute/unmute of a participants audio/video, and Conductor doesn't provide any control of the conference either. If you have TMS you can change layouts using CCC, however this only applies to participants that join the conference after the change was made.

Patrick,
Just checking, this is still correct to this day, right? I was not aware that the layout function in CCC actually worked, I see why I thought that now; it only works for people connecting after you make the change.
Thanks,
Justin
