IP of the 7841 phone stuck on the ccm

Hello! I have strange situation on the CCM BE6k and this is not for the first time. When i move phone from one vlan to another with differnet ip subnet the phone cant register on ccm and i see old ip address in the device information with "unregistered" status. How to force it to forget the old address and register new one? By the way the phone is getting new ip and tftp ip from dhcp server.

And also i have 7821 in the same behavior with status rejected

Hi,

You need to make sure that your new vlan can reach cucm servers. Also, you need to make sure that the dhcp server on the new vlan is providing option 150 to the phones.

Regarding unregistered status and old IP, this is irrelevant. This is RIS data stored in cucm which has nothing to do with your problem.
