SF300 layer 3 mode and/or configure an SVI

I have a SF300 when I create a VLAN and try to put an IP address on it it changes the switches Management IP to that one and removes the original IP.

How do I create an SVI with an IP address and still keep the management VLAN IP address? Do I need to put into L3 mode? If so how is that done? It doesn't have the IP Routing command option.

The switch needs to be in layer 3 mode:
