Greeting

I have weird scenario i working in ISP , and we have design of MPLS , through ISP also working MPLS , and this is scenario 

* ISP 1 mean Other network

* ISP 2 mean my network

PE router -  P router - PE router ,  this routers related to ISP 1 

CE router - CE router ,  this is routers related to ISP 2

CE's routers as ISP 2 point of view it PE's routers  for another customers

and i starting MP-BGP through ISP2 networks and  i create VRF and applied import / export between them ,

and in PE as ISP 2 point of view i able to received routing table form another PE

but i cant be able to pinging to VRF as PE ISP 2 , i search form this issue a lot but i didn't find anythings much value or mistake in configuration

Please also consider form PE to CE  in both side as ISP1 we are working EBGP and i received  default route form PE neighbor 

I waiting your ideas about my issue :)
