Try changing the below under the Route Pattern (Called Party Transformations) for the National and Mobile calls to :

Called Party Number Type* to "National"

Called Party Numbering Plan * TO "ISDN"

Reset the gateway and make another test call in the debug isdn q931 it should show you

Called Party Number i = 0x80, '36613334'
Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown << this should be updated National and ISDN here

Test both your Landline and Mobile after making the change.

Hello Terry

will it give any difference in gcc countries.  i guess its mainly problem in US where they r not accepting tht...

with the same pattern landline is going which starts from 17xxxxxx n mob 3xxxxxxx

i can even try this aftr office hrs

In fact 'interworking error; unspecified' is difficult to troubleshoot. But let's try to under the call flow.

Is this direct call or transferred?

What codec is being used on the voip call leg.

its a direct call from Phone to PSTN landline or Mobile ...

Can You post output from Working Call for Comparision.

Try Below

1) Try to Insert MTP in the Path and test.

2) Try to set the Plan and Type properly and test. You can set this in Route Patter/Route List Level in CUCM.

3) Also talk to your telco see if there is some issue on their side.

Thanks
