We have a customer using SNTC and they have several contracts not displaying in the portal. Any idea what would cause this? I checked the missing contracts and they are associated to the DA's CCO ID. They do however have a different Site ID. Would that impact the data collected? If so, how do we resolve?

Hi Deanna,
In order for a contract to display in the portal, there needs to be at least one device under said contract in the inventory as the portal correlates data based on the discovered inventory.

Does it have to be a physical
device or can it be software?

The current version of the portal only supports physical assets, so no software license contracts.

Ok, thank you. That covers all but one contract that is missing. There is one missing that has multiple devices such as a ASA5515.

This issue still exists. There are 3 hardware contracts missing from the portal. How can we resolve this issue?
