A super sent me a screener asking why when she sent her agent a message, when he responded the time stamps didn't align? Both of their workstations times align correctly, jabber doesn't. She sent the message at 6:05 last night. He responded within a minute and it shows 5:06, an hour and 1 minute off.
Versions:
Super - Version 9.1.3 Build 13181
Agemt - Version 9.2.4 Build 4528
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance.

i checked and suspect your jabber might be hitting the below defect.

Could you try with latest jabber version 11.7 , if not latest then at least jabber version 10.6

Is this a first? Has anybody seen this before?

Ross, it would be worth to move this post to Jabber community wherein it will get more attention from the folks with experience on Jabber side:

Ok, can it be moved or should I just start a new discussion there? Thank you for responding, as always.

You should simply be able to move this post only.

Thanks Varundeep! I should've posted here to begin with. I suspected an upgrade might be in order. I will upgrade their client due to the bug report. Thank you for your help!
