Tftp server not reponding for isr 4321

Hello Team,

IP phones not registering in cme.

After getting ip address from the cme router(isr4321) looking for registration,but not registering??

What all details i have to check for registering ip phone to cme router.

Does the isr 4321 router flash need ip phones firmware is compalsory ??

downloaded the image from cisco,but I am not able to copy firmware of cisco ip phone to the isr4321 flash??

Anybody Knows the reason??
