I need to find out how to transfer a call from one extension to another. The phone system we have is a Cisco Ip phone 303 the back plate on the phone references SPA303
Phone doesn't transfer a call. It just may send request to transfer call to PBX the phone is connected to.
So consult PBX manual / ask PBX administrator how the call can be transferred (which command needs to be send by phone to trigger transfer).
