All,

What type of proactive monitoring do you recommend for CUCM, UCCE, Unity Connection, QM, Telepresence, IM&P, & CER? I.E Services, Utilization, etc

What Monitoring platforms are you using? Does anyone monitor their voice environment via Solarwinds?
